When you arrive or depart you are welcome to leave your bags with us in our storage area. We will take special care to look after them so that you can make the most of your time exploring Rome without having to worry about your belongings.
Whether you need assistance making reservations, local tips, information or just to chat about your holiday, our concierge team Davide and Francesco are happy to help. The concierge desk is open daily from 8:30am – 6:30pm.
In preparation for your trip, let Davide and Francesco know when you will arrive and they will arrange your check-in. In case of afterhours check-in you simply need to warn Davide and Francesco ahead of time and they will organize to be there to greet you upon arrival.
Guests have snacks and facilities for making hot drinks in every room at Crossing Condotti.
The shared kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso machine for making coffees, an ice maker and a fridge which is always fully stocked with soft drinks. Guests have 24/7 access to the kitchenette and are welcome to help themselves to the artisanal products on offer.
The Double Deluxe, Junior Suite and Master Rooms are equipped with their own kitchenette and bar for extra convenience.
Fatima and Lara are in charge of housekeeping at Crossing Condotti. They make sure the rooms are always spick and span, changing the towels daily and bedlinen every other day.
To make it a fun and comfortable trip for the whole family we have prepared a few of our rooms especially for families. When travelling with kids we recommend the Deluxe Room, Junior Suite, Master Room and the Penthouse.
If you prefer separate spaces we have two superior rooms (Frattina and Carrozze) which are interconnecting and can be booked together.
At Crossing Condotti we offer free wi-fi throughout the property and every guest room has an LCD television with Sky Sport and Cinema channels.
In the Double Deluxe, Junior Suite and Master Rooms we have installed a Bluetooth charging iPad/iPhone docking station complete with iPad which is available for guests to use during their stay. The iPad is preloaded with information about Rome and a 4G sim card to allow guests to take it with them on the go while they explore.
Cots and extra beds for adults and children are available on request at no extra cost.
Small pets are welcome to stay with you upon prior request to our concierge team.
Crossing Condotti is a 100% smoke free property.
Ours is an out of the ordinary "boutique hotel". We do not have a main entrance that opens directly onto the main street, instead we have a beautiful Roman entranceway just around the corner from Via dei Condotti. The stairwell (no elevator sorry!) leads you up to the first and second floors of a historic building just a stone’s throw from Piazza di Spagna.
Instructions for the taxi driver: Crossing Condotti, 28 Via Mario de’ Fiori, on the corner of Via delle Carrozze. You will see a silver plaque with the Crossing Condotti logo on the wall. Ring the bell and our concierge team will let you in and greet you right away!
When you send an email to Crossing Condotti it is Davide who looks after reservations and requests.
When you arrive, Davide will be there to welcome you and get you feeling at home right away.
Whenever you need a taxi, a reservation, an address for a restaurant, a suggestion for shopping areas or help or any kind, Davide is ready and waiting. He has a long list of hidden gems and is more than happy suggest some spots off the beaten track.
With Davide looking after everything personally guests always have the human touch, you will not find any automatic messages from Crossing Condotti!

From the door handle at the entranceway to the hidden corner behind the curtain, Fatima and Lara keep tabs on every nook and cranny of our "boutique hotel" to make sure it is always extremely clean and tidy.
